Student conference and training August 2019

Around 2300 young University and few High School Students from 156 cities were registered for the summer conferences . Through our fellowship with the coworkers and in light of gaining more students for the Lord’s testimony, we had three conferences for two and half days each (for different groups) and a one week training for the seeking ones who mainly attended the three conferences. Since the ITREO in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, the Lord has taken a tangible turn in His work among us and the Lord is seeing and answering the prayer of the Body. We are grateful for all the prayers and fellowship in the Body. The Lord is strengthening us and pouring out His blessing. We believe that He is moving in unprecedented way in this country.

Singing during the training

The material used for the conferences is “The All-Inclusive Christ”. Some brothers from Amsterdam (2), London, USA(3), South Africa and Singapore have joined the local brothers for the conferences and the training. The brothers who have joined us for the conferences were such a means of supply, encouragement. We are standing together to gain a group of believers as the Lord’s army for His testimony so that He may gain His bride and turn the age. To be coordinated with the coworkers and the visiting brothers was such a blessing and great learning for the local saints who were laboring with them for the conferences and the training. We are also grateful to the coworkers for leading us to inter into “the All-Inclusive Christ” and sending a number of brothers to coordinate with us; we believe the Lord has done a profound foundational work among these seeking ones through this book.

Thank you for letting us know and see the Body and experience the coordination in the body. We never covered “the All-Inclusive Christ” corporately in a way we covered it in these conferences.
We can testify that this is the work of the Lord! Man’s hand cannot do what we have witnessed and experienced . We have seen the Lord Himself moving, working and acting.
The firs conference was held in a city called “Hawassa” which is located in southern part of Ethiopia 300Km away from Addis Ababa (Capital City of Ethiopia). Two hundred and one students who lived in the southern part of Ethiopia attended the conference.
The second and the third conferences as well as the training were held in Addis Ababa and around 508 and 518 students have attended the two conferences respectively.

During the conferences, the Lord has really opened the eyes of many to see the riches, transcendence, spaciousness and unlimitdness of the All-inclusive Christ. Most of the students were greatly touched by the truth that was released and the bountiful supply of the Spirit of Jesus Christ. Many were asking for how they can continue with us and also asking for another conferences and how they can be enrolled in the Full Time Training that is going to commence August 19th, 2019.

Some of the students also asked if they can withdraw from their studies at the university so that they can join the FTTAA. We had to encourage them to finish their degree and the training will be waiting for them. They told us that they can hardly wait until they finish their university and come to the training.
The total number for the training was up to 864 who are mainly from the previous three conferences and some new ones. Except for very few students, most of them covered their transportation expenses; for some it took two days of travel to come to this training.

The atmosphere of the training was so enjoyable! The topics covered were “The Central line of the Bible”, morning revival fellowship, the Exercise of

the spirit, God’s Economy and Gospel fellowship. They were very open and as well as exercised. They were not only touched by the messages, they were captured. Many testified that they have seen what God is after and that they came to know the central line of the Bible. Many have said that they now know how important the human spirit is and they were also touched by the morning revival and the gospel fellowship. They were sometimes spontaneously singing in the meetings. It was such an atmosphere!
We also met a group of saints from two different cities during this training and they called us for a fellowship and asked us seeking help on how to continue after they get back to their places.
The coordination among the sisters in the church in Addis to take care of the students was so touching. They were cooking their meals and they were serving them with shining faces, which was full of care. They were not only dispensing the food, they were actually dispensing the Wonderful Christ into them. They poured their time, energy and money. It is such a beautiful and precious scene; it actually touched and perfected many hearts. Many brothers were coordinating to take care of all the students in many practical ways.

We can say that the conferences and training were such a means of blessing for the church in Addis to gain the Lord and to be gained by Him for His heart’s desire. We believe that the Lord is happy to see such a group of saints standing together for His interest. What can we say Lord, except saying “We Love You!”

We have heard a number of testimonials and had some observations. To mention few:

Many were heard saying "Were we reading the same Bible all these years? Today our Bible has been opened to us, and it is as if we were just regenerated for the first time." Many of them were finding it difficult to express their joy. They kept on saying a heartfelt “Thank you” for preparing such a time for them.
Some were up until midnight studying the outlines and praying in their guesthouses until the serving ones had to ask them to take some rest. In the morning, they were singing and calling on the Lord in groups around their living quarters. Many of them said that they were crying as
they were sitting in the meetings thinking of their companions who did not make it due to some practical issues.

The serving ones in the denominations said, “ we are ashamed of what we did in the past, we have seen a wonderful vision “.
Some are so desirous to have such a group of saints in their localities and were asking, “why this church is not there in our cities?” Some said “ we can not be absolute by coming to trainings and conferences like this we need a church in our localities for continuing our growth”.

Lining up for a meal

Most of these young people are burdened for their friends and the many seeking ones they know. Some also repented because they distracted others from coming to the conferences. They said they will go back and ask for forgiveness from their friends in the universities and they will labor to turn many to the truth.
A father followed his children to come and see what they found during the last one-week training in their term break. He testified to us that his children were speaking new things to him and that he would check it against the Bible and finds it to be true. He was wondering how he and his fellow serving ones in Christianity never spoke these things. In the end he came with his children and saw everything and said, “now I have come to the source of the food. You will not eat alone any more. I don’t care what comes my way but I will not leave this way. I will enjoy Him for the rest of my life.”

Some testified with tears saying that “our life is changed! We have seen such a truth we can never live the same life again”
Some were impressed by saying that “We have seen genuine church that we have been reading in the Bible”. They also expressed their feeling that they enjoyed the care and shining faces of the serving ones.
Some of our serving ones installed Isilo in their devices and the students said “ you don’t only installed isilo on our devices but also the life in you”.
After the students went back to their cities, one denomination gathered students who attended the one week training and tried to challenge them but the students defended the truth by supporting verses. This amazed the people in the denominations and they were not able to say anything .

We believe that the Lord is ushering us into a glorious and bright future in this region. The Lord Himself has started something to gain the young ones in this country to form and build them as an army for His move to turn the age.

We are very grateful that the Body is standing with us and caring for us in such precious and touching way. We are really deeply touched by the way the coworkers’ shepherding, encouragement, comforting, caring and sweet guidance.

We do once again ask all the churches and the saints to pray for us and the Lord’s move here. We very much need the supply, care, perfecting, the covering and prayers of the Body.

We are realising the supply from the Body during these times of great need.
